    • Experience in working with cross technology team and collaborating in define, develop and implement processes, best practices with clear technical and functional communication with internal/external stakeholders.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    A seasoned Software Engineering Process lead, who will be working closely with all the functions of the organization, to assess and assist all the functions in maturing the practices to the highest levels of CMM/ISO as appropriate for respective function. Responsible for defining and implementing the relevant process and standards across the organization functions, help/guide projects/product managers to follow processes, measure the maturity and the effectiveness of the processes. Perform regular/periodical audits of the ongoing and new projects/product implementations etc., across the organization. Share the reports and review with the leadership team and take necessary actions towards the high maturity and delivery excellence to reduce the overall cost of delivery/quality.

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Should have experience in the IT industry in Process definitions, enhancements, and implementations
    • Experience in design and deploy various frameworks, standards, checklists at organization level w.r.t SEPG
    • Experience in CMMI and ISO standards implementation, audits, and defining the improvement road maps for Information technology organizations
    • Define metrics for the delivery excellence, build frameworks to capture and measure the performance of every function in delivering excellence.
    • Review and define the SLAs/OLAs for various functions within and between customers engagements
    • Experience as an ATM in the maturity assessment process along with the internal/external audit teams

    QUALIFICATION

    • Should have a minimum of 10+ years hands-on experience in Define, implement processes and measuring the process performance
    • Any fulltime bachelor’s degree from reputed institutions
    • Strong analytical and aptitude towards audits, gap analysis, RCAs and sharing result analysis with insights to the stakeholders
    • Experience in training juniors and developing the SEPG competencies and the capacity
    • Knowledge in the latest technology stacks and the kind of client engagements and the delivery methodologies is must
    • Knowledge in the project management tools and good presentation skills
    • Experience in data/facts analysis and giving insights to the leadership with the action plan for continuous improvement

    GOOD TO HAVE

    • PMP Certification
    • Experience as an assessment team member for the CMMi audits
    • Certifications on CMMi, ISO, TMMi etc.
