Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: (Telecom preferred)
 - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
 - Analyze data to identify opportunities for product growth and improvement.
 - Product Positioning and Messaging:
 - Develop and communicate product positioning and messaging that differentiates the product in the market.
 - Craft compelling value propositions for target customer segments.
 - Go-to-Market Strategy:
 - Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new product launches.
 - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product management, marketing, etc.) to ensure successful product launches.
 - Sales Enablement:
 - Create sales tools and training materials to support the sales team.
 - Conduct training sessions to ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about the product and its benefits.
 - Marketing Campaigns:
 - Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and demand.
 - Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
 - Performance Tracking and Reporting:
 - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and product sales.
 - Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
 - Customer Insights and Feedback:
 - Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
 - Work closely with the product management team to ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications:
- Education:
 - Bachelor's degree in Engg with marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
 - Experience:
 - Several years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
 - Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
 - Technical Knowledge:
 - Understanding of the telecom, Applications industry and product category.
 - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
 
Additional Considerations:
- Industry Knowledge:
 - Specific industry knowledge can be highly beneficial, especially in sectors like technology, communication, TM Forum or GSMA Camara etc
 - Customer-Centric Approach:
 - Ability to understand and address customer needs and pain points effectively.
