Job Description

  • Overall 5+ years of experience in software industry,
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development and operational knowledge for various modules- CSM, ITSM, ITOM etc,
  • Mandatory skill: JavaScript, DevOps(full code to no code expertise): Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins, Jira,
  • Desired skills: ITIL, SNOW Development and Ops, Deployment, Upgrade,
  • Knowledge on Angular, Mongo DB, and Portal development (HTML, CSS) will be an added advantage,
  • Certification in SNOW (CSA- Certified System Admin) is preferred,

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • DevOps
  • Developing fix of prod defects
  • Operational activities of deploying code and monitory integrations
