Job Description

All Network Operations Including

- IP/Subnet addressing, LAN/WAN, VLANS, DNS/DHCP,

- Ability analyse and control network infrastructure

- Firewall/Switch configurations, SSL/IPSec Tunnelling

- IP blocking, Web filter, IPS/IDS, SNMP, RADIUS

- NAT, WAF, Proxy configurations

- Backup/Recovery of Firewall OS

- Security & Alert Configurations, Syslog

- Load balancing between ISP.

- HA between Firewalls

- Access point and controller configurations

All Windows server Operations including

- User Administration

- Active Directory and redundancy

- Group policy configurations

- Software Installation, Update/Patch the server

- Security of the server

- Backup/Recovery of OS

- Power shell scripting

All o365 operations Including

- SMTP concepts

- User management

- Mail server configuration

- backup/recovery of o365

- Securing o365 and mail server

- Mail gateway configuration

Virtualisation and Networking, NAS etc

Endpoint protection concepts and Encryption

Should be familiar with Linux, Web, Mail Server, SQL and Shell scripting

Familiarity with Ticketing/Asset management tools like Jira Service Desk

Network/Server Monitoring tools

Should be open to learning

24x7 Availability for the critical operations

Cloud knowledge is a plus
