Position Overview: As a Director of Digital Marketing & Branding division, you will be responsible for overall organization, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic branding initiatives to elevate the visibility and reputation of our products and services in the market. Your expertise in digital marketing & branding combined with a deep understanding of the telecom industry will drive our company's growth and success. You will be reporting into Vice President.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Vision : as a head of this division, you will be responsible for the overall vision and strategy for the brand visibility, penetration and marketing activities.
  2. Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand awareness and perception.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for brand differentiation and positioning.
  4. Brand Identity Management: Define and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
  5. Marketing Collateral Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and website content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
  6. Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to leverage digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO, to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
  7. Public Relations: Develop and nurture relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders to secure positive media coverage and enhance brand reputation.
  8. Event Management: Plan and execute engaging events, such as conferences, webinars, and workshops, to showcase our expertise and foster relationships with customers and prospects.
  9. Brand Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of branding initiatives and campaigns and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  10. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment and support sales enablement efforts.
  11. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of branding professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • With at least 15years of experience in marketing & branding activities and a proven track record of at least 8years leadership role in branding, marketing, or related roles, within the telecom or IT services or products industry.
  • Strong understanding of telecom Business Support Systems (BSS) and related technologies.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable branding initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and crafting compelling brand narratives.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, marketing automation, and analytics.
  • Must be a self-driven and passionate personality with a proven track record of success stories, and with key elements of mentoring and guiding the team working under.
