Job Description

Join our marketing team as a seasoned Content Manager, where you'll be the driving force behind B2B content strategies, brand strengthening, and marketing success. We're looking for self-starters with a proactive approach, excellent project management skills, and a solid background in B2B content creation.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Create/follow the brand and its style guidelines and adhere to submission deadlines

· Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone of voice across all content pieces and platforms.

· Create content for marketing and product collaterals, digital assets, websites, social media platforms, internal communications, etc by doing necessary background research as required.

· Collaborate with teams including Product Marketing/Management, Solution Engineering, Product, Delivery, Sales, DBS, HR to create content strategies, research trending topics, and write content accordingly.

· Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product positioning and marketing goals.

· Collaborate with design team to create visually appealing and interactive content assets.

· Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize content for search engines, improving organic traffic.

· Ensure that the team is promoting premium content across the channels - written, video, audio.

· Own the content lifecycle management from ideation, creation and editing through to approvals, distribution, measurement, and maintenance, develop a content strategy.

· Analyze content performance metrics, including engagement rates and social shares, and derive insights to enhance future content strategies.

Key qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in business or computer science.

· Strong command of English language and good communication skills.

· Excellent storytelling, writing, reviewing & editing, and project management skills

· Good at proof reading and attention to detail.
